With the continued relative decline of the United States and the rise of nationalism in Europe, the traditional structures of global governance have struggled to deal with transnational challenges. Countries in Southeast Asia have decided to create their own regional governance organisation to address the key challenges facing the region. You have been hired by the political leaders of Southeast Asia to craft a statement of 8 guiding principles, a motto, and articulate and justify a general approach to governance (~500 words).
