I have been unable to get this paper structured in anyway that makes sense in relation to the topic. I have the information in the document and require it to be rewritten in an academic and structured manner. Some of the information in the document is doubled up. I have previously had an essay written from scratch, however it was over my head and is attached for a reference (Harm over Crime) and a third reference Harmmm.
