executive branch and admin state

This assignment requires you to submit a comment in a rulemaking proceeding pending before a state or federal agency.  You may select any rule, subject matter, and state or federal agency with a pending rulemaking proceeding and an open comment period that is of interest to you.  Your comment may be in support or in opposition to the proposed rule. In making your comment, include persuasive elements that we discussed in Module 2 and consider whether to include comments on procedural requirements to which the agency may be subject.  Your comment should be at least 1 page in length. After you have submitted your comment, upload a .pdf copy for grading purposes. This assignment will be graded based on the quality of your writing, use of persuasive elements, and understanding of applicable procedural requirements, not on the position advocated in your comment.
