The purpose of this quantitative correlational study is to determine if, or to what extent, a relationship exists between organizational culture and workplace incivility among Nevada healthcare practitioners. Workplace incivility (WPI) is prevalent among healthcare practitioners (Chen, Wang, Geimer, Sharp, & Jex, 2019), and has adversely impacted patient safety, organizational efficiency, costs, and quality of care (Smith, Morin, & Lake, 2018).
