They don’t hve to be all of those in the list but more that half . the case study is regarding diabetes. The patient that I met was in a GP practice and he was on his diabeteic review. I can’t remember exactly what the nurse said to promote his health. I know she gave a lot of advice regarding diet. I will leave it to you and take guidance in the documents that I sent.
