1500 words. need to use NMBA standards and NSQHS standards were applicable as well. you will need to write in the template provided. Please ensure at least 4 peer reviewed journals are used.

In the ISBAR thing,
I- why are we using the 3 identifiers i have use- thats from NMBA standards.
S- why that info has been chosen-(can use to link with corresponding standards)
B- importance of the background+ what details are to be used fro standards if applicable.
A- what would be appropriate and why and rationale is the key
R- what would be appropriate and why and rationale is the key
