In Priyanka Shipping Ltd v Glory Bulk Carriers PTE Ltd, The CSK Glory [2020] Lloyd’s Rep 461 the High Court held that an injunction was available to prevent further breaches of a promise not to use the vessel in trade even though past breaches were only to be compensated by nominal damages.
