Criminal intelligence report on the Nigerian Criminal Enterprise (Advance fee fraud and other frauds)

In my organized crime course, we are doing a “criminal intelligence report”. This is a group project. My job or I should say: “your job” is to write an introduction for this research report, and summarize the entire report based on what everyone else wrote.
